Are you just as intrigued as I am with the latest craze with essential oils? I have just started dipping my toe into all this and I have to say I am very impressed with the holistic approach! Here are some common oils in most starter kits and how to use them!

Lavender is used to help wind you down and cut anxiety.

How to use it: Add 2 drops of essential oils to a tub with epsom salts to warm water

Peppermint helps with tension headaches

How to use it: Add some drops to temples to help with a headache

Eucalyptus helps relieves congestion and respiratory problems

How to use it: Add a few drops to a diffuser

Tea tree helps clear up an acne prone complexion

How to use it: Dab a few drops on a q tip to affected pimples

Clary sage is known to heighten happiness and ease muscle aches
